Bunny Ranch 911 Calls

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Copies of all emergency (911) and non-emergency phone calls received by the Nye County Sheriff’s Department that either originated from or pertained to any incidents that took place at either of the following addresses:

95 Kit Kat Drive, Mound House, Nevada 89706

69 Moonlight Road, Mound House, Nevada 89706

Please limit this request to emergency (911) and/or non-emergency phone calls received between January 1, 2013 and October 15, 2015.

The requested records include audio files of the emergency (911) and/or non-emergency phone calls, as well as any associated transcripts or dispatcher notes.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
