Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
1) Water Planning Reports from 2017 to 2019
2) Environmental Permits issued in Mineral County, NV
3) Requests to Investigate Alleged Violations from Hawthorne, NV
The Water Planning Reports from previous years as well as blank forms for Environment Permits and Requests to Investigate Alleged Violations are available at http://water.nv.gov.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
