A copy of the current contract between this department, the city, and ShotSpotter, Inc. This request includes the full ShotSpotter Services Agreement, Standard Terms and Conditions, terms of service (including square miles covered, total cost, and contract beginning and end dates), any reference service level agreements, contract amendments, cure notices, non-disclosure agreements, or other revisions to agreements.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Our Office sent your request to the Camden County Office of County Counsel. They conducted a search of their files and provided records responsive to your request with the below explanations.

Custodian’s Response: The Camden County Office of County Counsel provided both a copy of the Purchase
Order and Resolution, which they believe are responsive to your request.
Your Request: “… square miles covered …”
Custodian’s Response: No records exist for this part of your request.
Your Request: “… any reference service level agreements, contract amendments, cure notices, non- disclosure agreements, or other revisions to agreements.”
Custodian Response: This portion of your request contains insufficient information and seeks
documents that are not specifically “identifiable” for County Counsel to gather a response. As such, the request submitted is a wholesale request for information that is not encompassed by the intent of OPRA as has been articulated in N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1,
et. seq. and MAG Entertainment v. Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, 375 N.J. Super. 534 (App. Div. 2005).
