Hello Mr. Sparks,
I am following up on your Public Records Acts request for information regarding wage claims made against businesses located in the City of Beverly Hills.
In order to fulfill your request, I need to get clarification as workers with wage claims file their complaints with the Labor Commissioner's Office and not to the State Attorney General's office. For more information on how the wage claim process works in California please visit this very helpful website: WageTheftisaCrime.com<http://wagetheftisacrime.com/>
Hope to hear back from you next week,
Paola Laverde
