Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

1) any and all manuals, policy guides, training materials, memorandums, and documents that outline procedures related to processing and handling of requests under the California Public Records Act
2) any CPRA request for the last 12 months that requested emails to be released or searched that UCSF rejected, and the university's response to those requests

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

In regard to item 2, one set of responsive documents has been identified to date related to PRA 020-148, which you submitted. Please let me know if would like a copy of the final email transmitted to you on January 28, 2021. The search continues for responsive documents.
