Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
*All email communications regarding FTX and stadium naming rights between January 1, 2020 and present day.
*The contract between FTX and UC Berkeley for the stadium naming rights.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

There is no record of a PRA submitted to our California Department of Education communications email on the date suggested.
Did you perhaps submit your query to UC Berkeley? That is likely the organization that would have records that you seek. If for some reason you still believe you need to request something from the CDE, please contact me directly.
