Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

(#R10) A copy of "A Guide to California Water Right Appropriations" mentioned on page 1 of the PDF available at the following URL:

When fulfilling my request I ask that you please number each request separately ("#R08," "#R09," and so on) so that the records do not all run together in a confusing manner. In the event that electronic fulfillment of this request is not possible, I request that the records please be mailed via Fed Ex mail with tracking information provided.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.
