We have searched our legal indices and found no responsive records.
To the extent that your request seeks consumer complaint records or investigative files, we must decline your request as we are unable to confirm or deny if such records exist. Complaints and investigative records are confidential law enforcement records of the Attorney General. Government Code section 6254, subdivision (f) expressly exempts from disclosure investigatory and security files of the Attorney General including complaints about unlawful practices.
