Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (California Government Code §§ 6250), I hereby request the following records:
Any and all contracts (as well as all associated amendments, exhibits, and materials), memorandums of understanding, and other equivalent agreements entered into by this agency with Satellite Tracking of People LLC, also known as STOP LLC. Responsive materials should include but not be limited to:
• the initial Invitation to Bid, Request for Proposal, or equivalent call for contractors
• the responsive materials provided by the winning bidder
• other bidder responses
• the current contract
• all exhibits
• all amendments
• all performance work statements
• all deliverables inventories
Please include in (but do not limit) this request to materials related to the following products:
• BLU+
• BLUhome
• BLUbox
• Stalker Alert
• VeriTracks
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

Thank you so, so much for this response. I really appreciate how thorough your cost estimate was. Do any of the materials, like the initial Invitation to Bid or the contract, happen to exist online already somehow? Or might there by a way that we can send you a cd and get electronic copies?

You are very welcome Ms. Lipton. Just keep in mind that once you receive a letter with costs associated with your request, you have 90 days from the date of the letter in which to submit payment. Once the 90 days runs and we have not received payment then we close the request.
