Focused inquiries have been directed to the appropriate offices of primary interest and responsive records are being compiled.

Before disclosing these records to you, the Department will need to conduct an appropriate examination of the records and redact any exempt material. This review process will be conducted with all practicable speed.

Within a reasonable time frame, the Department will provide specifics as to the responsive and non-exempt records, and the Department’s corresponding duplication fee.
