Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

All form 700, form 801, and other financial disclosure forms filed by officials both employed, elected, or appointed of Reclamation District 799 "District" between January 1st, 2016 to February 19th 2022.

All emails between Richard Kent and Contra Costa County Code Enforcement officials Joseph Losado, Conrad Fromme, Jason Crapo, or Francisco Avila between January 1st, 2014 to February 19th 2022.

All spreadsheets of expenditures and revenues of the District 799 between January 1st, 2014 to February 19th 2022.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
