The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

This email is to inform you that you request is partially completed. Please see the below information on each item requested:

1. A copy of the contract
Please see the attached document. Redactions have been applied to information (e.g. personal email addresses) that is protected from disclosure pursuant to § 6254(c) of the California Government Code, since disclosure would constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.

2. Any and all invoices related to the contract
At this time, 752 invoices for fiscal year 17/18 have been collected and are currently being reviewed in relation to the Davis campus. We will require additional time for this review. Additionally, it has been determined that over 2500 invoices potentially exist for UC Davis Health dating back to 2015. This is a voluminous amount of invoices and will require an extensive amount of time for collection and review. Please inform me if there is a particular timeframe you are seeking or if potentially a spreadsheet query is available, would that be sufficient, rather that each individual invoice?
We anticipate the 752 invoices for fiscal year 17/18 review to be completed on or around October 10th, 2018. Once I hear back from you on the narrowed invoice search, I will continue with the request for collection and provide an updated timeframe.

3. Copies of all bids for the contract We require additional time to search and collect potentially responsive records. The estimated production of these documents is on or around October 10th, 2018.
