Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
I am seeking documents related to Neuralink's work with the University of California, Davis’s California National Primate Research Center (CNPRC). Specifically I am seeking any Animal Death Records related to Neuralink research, Necropsy reports related to Neuralink research and UNIVERSITY SERVICES AGREEMENTS with Neuralink. Please provide records from 01/01/2020 until the date this request is processed. These records are similar to those the University produced for the Physician's Committee in 2021.

I’ve created a Box folder with records responsive to your request. Some of the necropsy reports that were provided to PCRM were included within veterinary records. There are three files containing veterinary records. Other necropsy reports were provided at a different time and I’ve provided an explanation below that will assist you to review the records. Four necropsy reports are included in the veterinary records. You can find those along with the related vet records in the following BATES ranges.
