All information regarding local report number HPRC BA F09365520 (Case #BAF2000819) upon which felony charges were lodged. All reports, body cam recordings, evidence sheet and any other information retained regarding this matter.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

Hello and thank you for your inquiry. The suspect named would be Valerie Lois Lis-Farrington or some variation thereof. The date of the incident was 5/15/2020 and occurred in Mountain Center, CA. The reporting officer was MICHAEL T BELL #020350 of the CHP - San Gorgonio Pass. Suspect was eventually booked at Larry D Smith Correctional Facility.
