Hi Adanya,

Your request for records pursuant to the California Public Records Act (PRA) was forwarded to me.

No minutes would exist because a state agency’s development of regulations is pursuant to the Administrative Procedures Act. http://oal.ca.gov/rulemaking_process/

However, the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) has responded to PRA requests related to its development of lethal injection regulations. Those documents can be found online:

If there is something you are lacking after your review of these documents, feel free to submit a new request pursuant to the California Public Records Act.

Feel free to contact me if you have any questions. We will consider this matter closed. Thank you.
