I can give you an update. We are still reviewing the records you requested. There are many (thousands) for us to review. We have reviewed close to one-third of the total emails, I estimate. I can't say for sure when we will finish and be able to send you the records, but I would guess that we need another 2 months of review time. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Patrick

From: California State Lands Commission

Sorry for the delayed response. We've made a lot of progress on your request. I estimate that we will need another 6 weeks to review the records. I will inform you if there are any changes to my estimate.

I'm sorry to report that we've fallen a little behind schedule. I will look into whether we can produce records already reviewed and then provide the remainder when they are complete. I do not have an updated estimated completion date yet. I'll let you know whether we can provide the partial production on Wednesday or Thursday.

Patrick

From: Robbie Powelson

Dear Ms. Lucchesi,

The delay in revealing these records is not compliant with the California public records act. Further delay and I will be filing a writ of mandate for compliance in state court.

Regards,
Robbie

From: California State Lands Commission

I think we can provide a partial production of what has been already reviewed. I will work on doing that. I will try to have something ready to deliver by Tuesday.

Patrick

From: California State Lands Commission

Mr. Powelson,

I'm prepared to provide a partial production of the records you requested. There are several ways that I can deliver these records to you. The simplest, I think, is providing you with access to a digital folder where you could download the partial record set (approximately 6 GB). Does this approach work for you?

Patrick

From: Robbie Powelson

Thank you Patrick, yes please send me what you have at this time.

Will do. I will send the access link to this email address tomorrow. Keep an eye open for it. If there is a different email you want me to use, just let me know. I can send access to that one instead.
