Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
- The case file for "Daniel LARSEN, Petitioner–Appellee, v. John SOTO, Respondent–Appellant," case number "D.C. No. 2:08-cv-04610-CAS-SS."
- This includes all records held by the Attorney General's office that pertain to Larsen v. Soto. (case number D.C. No. 2:08-cv-04610-CAS-SS).
- Records include internal memoranda, talking points, inter- and intra-office correspondence, exhibits, videos, witness testimonies, and any other document concerning this case. Please limit this request to documents dated between January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2013.
This request does not seek any documents or records whose release would require a privacy waiver under state or federal law. If such records or documents are intermingled with responsive records, please withhold or redact those records.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
