Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of a police report, protective order and any other related items concerning a domestic violence incident that occurred on or around 11/27/2017 between Joseph Joey Ortega and Patricia Ortega in regard to ; Domestic Violence Prevention Without Minor Children. Case Number 17FL02818
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Case Number 17FL02818," you cited the California Public Records Act (CPRA) (Gov. Code, §6250 et seq.). Please note that the CPRA does not apply to the court. (See Gov. Code, §6252(f)(1); Cal. Const., art. VI, §4).
