From: California State Board of Equalization
Mr. White,
On December 1, 2017, you made a request pursuant to the California Public Records Act (PRA) (Gov. Code, § 6250 et seq.) for the International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) filings for Q1 2017. Based on the information provided in your letter request, we assume you are requesting the publically releasable information (such as totals for miles, gallons, and tax due) for taxpayers permitted with the CDTFA.
That information is attached in this email.
Please note that, pursuant to the Taxpayer Transparency and Fairness Act of 2017, the statutory duties of the former Board of Equalization (BOE) have been moved to the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA). Thus, instead of the BOE, this agency is now referred to as “CDTFA”.
If you should have any questions in regards to this request, please feel free to contact me at 916-324-2720.
