Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
- The contract and statement of work between Employment Development Department and ID.me
- All promotional materials, presentations, RFP applications, and meeting notes from ID.me.
- All emails that include the keywork "ID.me", including attachments, from any state employees who are signatories on the ID.me contract.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

On February 5, 2021, you submitted a public records request for the following items:
· The contract and statement of work between Employment Development Department and ID.me

Pursuant to Government Code § 6253(c), the Employment Development Department (EDD) will need an additional fourteen days to determine whether disclosable public records are in its possession. The additional time is necessary to search for, collect, and appropriately examine a voluminous amount of separate and distinct records. On or before the end of this period, the EDD intends to provide you with an estimated date and time when the disclosable records will be made available.
