-All housing-related complaints submitted to the Department of Fair Employment and Housing between January 1, 2018 and the date this request is processed including any of the following words:

*accessibility
Please provide materials on a rolling basis, as they become available.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

A report listing all complaints with the discrimination basis of Disability (physical or mental), for the time frame of January 1, 2018 to August 15, 2018, will be provided to you. From this report, you will be able to select which complaints you wish to obtain from the DFEH for review.
