Hildegarde Staninger d.b.a. Integrative Health Systems™, LLC and a.k.a. Staninger Institute, which specializes in Toxicogenomics and BioEthno Life Science Systems.

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (California Government Code §§ 6250), I hereby request the following records:

Ms. Staninger commands huge fees for procedures and testing and I am trying to determine if this is a legitimate medical practice and / or toxicology business.

If you would please provide any copies of any investigation(s) concerning Hildegarde Staninger, also going by the name of Hildegarde Sacarello, who has presented herself as a Doctor of Integrative Medicine and claims to have a degree from Kensington University (now defunct and shuttered). Ms. Staninger operates an entity known as Integrative Health Systems™, LLC specializing in Toxicogenomics and BioEthno Life Science Systems. Please see http://1cellonelight.com/pressrelease.html where Ms. Staninger presents herself as Dr. Hildegarde Staninger™, Industrial Toxicologist & Doctor of Integrative Medicine.

- Ms. Staninger claims to have an RIET-1 credential. I could not locate any such credential or accreditation and have not been able to define the term.

- Ms. Staninger claims to have a PhD degree in toxicology, and conducts business as Dr. Hildy, performing toxicology testing, that do not seem to be based in any recognized protocol.

- Ms. Staninger has also developed a course of study in H-SCADA. I have found no protocol or certification for H-SCADA, other than her own design. I have not found any professional group that sanctions or certifies this course work. Several years ago, Ms. Staninger claimed to have had the National Registry of Environmental Professionals (NREP), approval of her protocol. NREP has denied that she was ever a member and has denied ever approving H-SCADA protocol or certification.

If you would be able to shed some light on this matter, it would be greatly appreciated.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
