Hi there,

Thank you for the response. This request was submitted because Ms. Lacter has stated that there was a board investigation (a "risk assessment" in her words) into Doug Mesner AKA Lucien Greaves following a complaint filed against her. Presuming that Ms. Lacter wouldn't make up such a thing, I am resubmitting my request in hopes that the documents she's referring to can be found. See below.

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any documents pertaining to Ellen Lacter, Psychologist (license no. 9382) and Marriage and Family Therapist (license no. 17912), including emails, letters, etc., which mention Doug Mesner or Lucien Greaves.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Evan Anderson
