Dear Sir/Madam:

We received the attached correspondence following up on a Public Records Act request made on June 8, 2020 (the letter erroneously references the date of June 5, 2020). On June 18, 2020, I emailed a 10-day response letter to the PRA request, and then on July 14, 2020 my legal assistant Lesley Shearer emailed the production letter and requested documents. If needed we can re-send the correspondence and documents.
Regards,

Paul S. Sheng, Deputy
