Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (California Government Code ยงยง 6250), I hereby request the following records:

All emails and other correspondence sent and received by The California High-Speed Rail Authority, concerning the lawsuits over land acquisition filed by farmers in the Central Valley.

Dear Ms. Bonilla,

I need clarification in order to research your request. None of the interviewees in the linked article have filed lawsuits regarding land acquisition. I am only aware of one lawsuit filed by Central Valley farmers, and the basis of the lawsuit was not land acquisition.
