Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

- Information about officer badge numbers #22548 and #22094, including their name and any and all disciplinary records, citizen complaints, and similar records.
- Dashboard camera and body camera video and audio footage of officer badge numbers #22548 and #22094, between 09:00 PM and 10:00 PM local time on Friday, February 12th, 2021. This should include, but should not be limited to, a traffic stop on I-880 of Ian Carroll in a white BMW. At a minimum, the produced records should contain ample footage before, during, and after the stop.
- Any documentation produced by the aforementioned officers as a result of a traffic stop of Ian Carroll or a white BMW vehicle during the aforementioned timeframe.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
