Dear Ms. Nevins:

Dear Ms. Yang,

Thank you very much for your correspondence and assistance with my FIO request. I understand that pulling hardcopy records would be an onerous task indeed. Your letter states that records prior to June 2012 are archived. So, can you send me the records from July 2012 through December 2016?

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not. Ideally, I'd like to receive the records as an electronic database or spreadsheet.

Thank you again. I appreciate your help.

Best regards,
Jane Nevins
