Pursuant to the California's Sunshine Amendment (Cal. Const. Art. I, § 3(b)), I hereby request the following records:
For each applicable facility within the jurisdiction of CDCR, the most recently submitted plan of operations for the disciplinary detention of inmates. According to California Code of Regulations Title 15, Division 3, § 3332. "Administration and Supervision of Detention Units": "(a) Plan of Operation. Each warden and superintendent will establish and maintain a plan of operations for the disciplinary detention of inmates, whether in a unit or section of a unit designated for this specific purpose or in conjunction with other special purpose housing of inmates. Such plans will conform to the provisions of this article and will be updated as necessary to reflect current procedures and practices. A copy of the plan will be submitted to the director for review and approval annually, as scheduled for required plans." [http://www.cdcr.ca.gov/Regulations/Adult_Operations/docs/Title15-2015.pdf]
This request is being made as part of a journalistic inquiry. The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

Good Morning Ms. Lipton,
Please be advised that this request was closed after the 90 days ran for lack of payment of costs. A cost letter had been sent to you on September 22, 2015 and we waited the 90 days we were required to wait for receipt of payment and then closed this request.
If you are still interested in this information you will need to resubmit your request and start over. Please be advised that once you receive the determination letter and there are costs involved, you have 90 days to submit payment, otherwise the matter will be closed.
