Re: California Public Records Act (CPRA) Request, dated February 9, 2018

Dear Mr. Schiano:

The Office of Community Outreach and Media Relations (COMR) received your Public Records Act (CPRA) request, dated February 9, 2018, and received by this office on February 12, 2018.

In your request, you asked for the following, verbatim:

* Any email sent or received by any employee of the California Highway Patrol between June 20, 2016 and July 31, 2016 which mentions the group "Traditionalist Worker Party."

After reviewing your request COMR has determined release of the records would potentially endanger the successful completion of the investigation or a related investigation; therefore, these records were withheld in accordance with Government Code Section 6254(f).

If you have any questions, or if you need additional information, please do not hesitate to contact COMR at (916) 843-3310.

Sincerely,

S. N. Miller, Lieutenant
