- All employee organization charts from January 1, 2018 to July 12, 2020.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I serve as legal counsel to the Board of Registered Nursing. Your below request was brought to my attention. Thank you for your patience as board staff and I work on fulfilling your request. As you might expect, a considerable volume of emails have been gathered in response to your request. As is standard practice, those records must be reviewed for privilege/exemption prior to being disclosed to you. I have largely completed the review of the responsive records, however a small amount of work remains before the non-exempt records can be turned over to you. I hope to complete this process in the coming week.
Within the next week, either I or board staff will follow up to inform you that the records are being made available, or providing a further update on the anticipated completion of this process. The records responsive to your request have been prepared for production.
It would be contrary to IT security protocols to click on the hyperlink that you provided for uploading electronic files. Moreover, I have concern over successful transmission of the files via email attachments, due to possible limitations on the size of email attachments . Therefore, the records will be burned onto a compact disc, as you requested, and will be deposited in the mail by tomorrow, addressed to the address that you provided below. If you do not receive the records within a reasonable amount of time, please feel free to follow up with me.
Note, following is a brief summary of items that have been withheld from production due to exemption/privilege:
* One email was withheld pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 2770.12, subdivision (b), as it relates to a registered nurse's participation in the Board's intervention program
* Eight emails were withheld pursuant to Government Code section 6254, subdivision (a), as they pertain to personnel files, the disclosure of which would constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy
* Ten emails were withheld pursuant to Government Code section 6254, subdivision (f), as they pertain to the complaints or investigations
