I would like all of the materials related to Chapter 2 of the California State Auditor Report August 2015 – California Department of Transportation: Failure to increase rental rates, loss of state revenue – Case 12014-1440.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
