The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

Good Morning Mr. Welsh:
The Department of Forestry and Fire Protection, CAL FIRE, has no records responsive to your request.
Specifically, Senate Bill (SB), requires local agencies to create a catalog of enterprise systems by July 1, 2016, with annual updates but it does not require the same of state agencies.
Government Code Section 6270.5 for SB 272 applies only to local agencies and not state agencies.
