Contracts, agreements, purchase orders, invoices, and all correspondence or communications with Wifi Rail, Inc. Wifi Rail, Inc. is located at 248 3rd Street, #801, Oakland, CA 94607.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

I received the documents and will be sending a check for the copying fees shortly. For future reference, I believe I should qualify for a fee waiver because the documents are posted for the public at the MuckRock website. Many journalists use the documents at MuckRock for research to support their work in distributing news to the public. Additionally, I made this particular request in pursuit of a story that I am developing in partnership with another freelance journalist.
