Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (California Government Code
§§ 6250), I hereby request the following records:

communications with Wifi Rail, Inc. Wifi Rail, Inc. is located at 248 3rd

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and
this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would
inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would

or CD-ROM if not.

Hi Patricia,

I received the documents and will be sending a check for the copying fees
shortly. For future reference, I believe I should qualify for a fee waiver
because the documents are posted for the public at the MuckRock website.
Many journalists use the documents at MuckRock for research to support
their work in distributing news to the public. Additionally, I made this
particular request in pursuit of a story that I am developing in
partnership with another freelance journalist.
