This is in response to your Public Records Act request dated August 20th, regarding the "August 2020 Lightning Siege".

Pursuant to Government Code section 6254(f) we are unable to comply with your request as the records are part of an active investigation. With the current state of emergency and as the fire siege progresses, CAL FIRE will not have responsive records until the conclusion of the event and time to gather the relevant records.
