Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
1. The responsive records for your PRA File# 033.15087.16753.2022.01.136. We don't need the request or response letters/emails or the identity of the requestor - just the responsive records. Please provide all responsive records if they would be free, or please tell us how much they would cost.
If any responsive records for that file number's request were withheld from disclosure, or were provided but redacted partially, please provide statutory justification.
I understand you provide paper or CD ROM copies. However, if CHP is able to, the MuckRock.com service used to issue this request can accept uploaded electronic files directly. If the person who will be uploading the records responds by email, I can provide the appropriate procedure to do this, hopefully saving costs and also avoiding physical waste.
