My name is Anthony Miller. I am a reporter with The Peninsula Press, a multimedia news website based out of Stanford University in California. We are collecting information on election-related processes in the last general election.

I am requesting under Michigan’s Freedom of Information Act (Mich. Comp. Laws Ann. §15.231 et seq.) emails between county employees or contractors and either one of the following email addresses:

vr.elections@gmail.com

And covering the time span of October 25, 2016 to November 15, 2016.

This information will be used for editorial purposes and is not being made for commercial purposes. As such, I also respectfully request a waiver of any fee. If there are fees associated with this request, kindly inform me of the amount before fulfilling the request.

I am requesting the electronic files for these emails and can accept them in most generally accepted email formats, such as pst files. I also am requesting electronic files or copies of any other documents.
