This is the first I have seen of this request. I searched my email box for the phrase "muckrock" and found some very old emails, but nothing from Nov. 12th of this year?
I can tell you that this investigation is not public record. It will have to be extensively edited to be released and there will be a fee associated with the editing. If you are interested in paying for an off duty deputy to go through this material I can prepare an estimate. I hope you can understand that we cannot release information that would in any way shed light on the identity of a victim of a sexual assault or offense.
This information is highly sensitive and we will have to take extensive measures to protect the identity of any victims.

After looking at the report, I do not think this will require after hour work by deputies. I believe we can edit this report and have it ready for you next week. It will be HEAVILY REDACTED, if that is okay, please advise and I will get started. The charge for the report will be about $10.00 to $15.00.
