Teal Swan allegations documents

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Government Records Access and Management Act, I hereby request the following records:

A report created by, or otherwise provided to, Deputy County Attorney Barbara Lachmar concerning allegations made by Teal Swan (born Mary Teal Bosworth). The report also discussed Swan's therapist, Barbara Snow.

Background: This reporter filed a request with the North Park Police Department for records concerning allegations made by Teal Swan regarding cult ritual abuse. The responsive documents (available here: https://cdn.muckrock.com/foia_files/2018/08/28/8-20-18_MR55988_RES.pdf) include (on p. 8) a supplemental narrative completed by Officer Kim Hawkes on 2/15/08. This supplemental narrative describes a conversation between Hawkes and Lachmar in which Lachmar provided (or merely discussed) a report (or reports) regarding Swan's allegations and the involvement of Barbara Snow in past cases which were substantially similar to Swan's. I am seeking this report (or reports).

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
