Leila,

I will search but I don’t believe we have anything associated with this.

Leila,

I am attempting to gather the information from your request, however, it is very cumbersome. When you request anything with the subject line or body message containing “New England”, that makes this a very difficult request. Are you specifically looking for a “law enforcement trip to Israel”? If that is the case, there were none. I would request you clarify your request.

Hi Jan,

Here's a refined set of search terms:

"New England Counter-Terrorism Seminar"
"New England Counter-Terrorism Session"
"NECTS"
"Israel"

Thank you,
Leila

Okay, let me see what I can find.

Leila,

Attached is what I found in regards to Israel. One document is a quote for medical supplies and the other is a citizen complaint. The information redacted is exempt under 1VSA 317 (5)(A)(iii) could reasonably be expected to constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.

If this is not the information you are looking for, please let me know.

Hi Jan,

Thank you for searching for this info-- it's not what I'm looking for unfortunately. I'm specifically seeking information related to the Anti-Defamation League's "New England Counter-Terrorism Seminar" (or "NECTS") taking place Dec 2-11 in Israel.

The ADL has invited police chiefs from police departments across New England to participate, and I'm seeking any records, such as an email invitation, related to the program.

Thank you,
Leila

Leila,

Okay, that makes more sense. I don’t have anything like that but I will check in with my Chief. I had been the interim Chief for some time and never received anything like that.

Leila,

We have searched through Chief del Pozo’s email and cannot find any invite related to “New England Counter-Terrorism Seminar” or “NECTS” or Israel. Please let me know if there is some other way I can help you.
