Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:
A copy of the most recent collective bargaining agreement/collective agreement between this department and the local police union/fraternal order/benevolent association, or other similar organization.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
The Buffalo Police Department is in receipt of your request for information
on the latest contract with the Buffalo PBA and the City of Buffalo.

Hall, 65 Niagara Square, Buffalo, New York, 14202 as it is their office
that negotiates contracts with the various city unions.
