Employee listing (Buffalo Mayor's Office)

Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:

A listing of every officer and/or employee of the agency, including name, office address, title and salary.

Per NEW YORK PUBLIC OFFICERS LAW, ARTICLE 6, Section 87(3)(b):

"Each agency shall maintain:
[....]
(b) a record setting forth the name, public office address, title and salary of every officer or employee of the agency."

The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is not being made for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Apologies for any confusion. Please consider this a request for an employee listing for the Mayor's Office. If such a list does not exist but there is such a list for all staff of the City of Buffalo, that would likewise satisfy this request.
