It does help to give us a date range but this is still a vast records request. Can you tell me a bit more about what kinds of info you are looking for? Maybe we can narrow it to a specific unit or city.

We are a large agency with almost 6,000 employees so I am sure you can imagine that gathering all data, stats and reports relating to firearms is too broad.
For example, if you are looking for arrest reports or incident reports for firearm related charges that could be a place to start. It would still be a large request but at least we would be narrowing it down somewhat.

The CLASSIFICATION OF OFFENSES column breaks down the types of charges.
The WEAPON column tells you what kind of weapon was used.

Hi Vanessa,

It does help to give us a date range but this is still a vast records request. Can you tell me a bit more about what kinds of info you are looking for? Maybe we can narrow it to a specific unit or city.

We are a large agency with almost 6,000 employees so I am sure you can imagine that gathering all data, stats and reports relating to firearms is too broad.
For example, if you are looking for arrest reports or incident reports for firearm related charges that could be a place to start. It would still be a large request but at least we would be narrowing it down somewhat.

The CLASSIFICATION OF OFFENSES column breaks down the types of charges.
The WEAPON column tells you what kind of weapon was used.

We are a large agency with almost 6,000 employees so I am sure you can imagine that gathering all data, stats and reports relating to firearms is too broad.
For example, if you are looking for arrest reports or incident reports for firearm related charges that could be a place to start. It would still be a large request but at least we would be narrowing it down somewhat.

The WEAPON column tells you what kind of weapon was used.

For example, if you are looking for arrest reports or incident reports for firearm related charges that could be a place to start. It would still be a large request but at least we would be narrowing it down somewhat.

Hi Vanessa,

It does help to give us a date range but this is still a vast records request. Can you tell me a bit more about what kinds of info you are looking for? Maybe we can narrow it to a specific unit or city.

We are a large agency with almost 6,000 employees so I am sure you can imagine that gathering all data, stats and reports relating to firearms is too broad.
For example, if you are looking for arrest reports or incident reports for firearm related charges that could be a place to start. It would still be a large request but at least we would be narrowing it down somewhat.

It does help to give us a date range but this is still a vast records request. Can you tell me a bit more about what kinds of info you are looking for? Maybe we can narrow it to a specific unit or city.

We are a large agency with almost 6,000 employees so I am sure you can imagine that gathering all data, stats and reports relating to firearms is too broad.
For example, if you are looking for arrest reports or incident reports for firearm related charges that could be a place to start. It would still be a large request but at least we would be narrowing it down somewhat.
