Pursuant to the Oklahoma Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of the police department guidelines/policy on the use of deadly force, specifically as is pertains to officers firing at or into a moving vehicle and/or its operator.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
For expediency, it may be sent by email, if permissible to jamiles.lartey@theguardian.com, or faxed to 646.304.5676.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
