June 2019 Cyclospora outbreak

Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

On June 13, 2019 I was infected with cyclospora at Seasons 52 in Bridgewater. I spoke with the nurse at the Bridgewater Health Department several times to report the disease and to answer additional questions. She informed me that there were other cases that also originated from Seasons 52. I would like to request a report of how many cases of the cyclospora were reported in the Somerset County and if there were other individuals who dined at Seasons 52. I am not requesting any names, I am only requesting statistical information since I was one of the affected individuals.
