Hi Melissa,
Can you please provide the names of the individuals and the dates of the arrests for the summonses you requested? Also, what department(s) are you requesting e-mails from? The following is the response from our Solicitor for the request you faxed over yesterday:
We have no access to text messages. We do not monitor nor publish tweets. I am not sure what she is looking for and would need to be more specific regarding the date of an arrest and the names of individuals - all we would be able to provide would be a copy of the summons but I need a date. As to the February 28th date, she also needs to be more specific as to what she wants and from what department.
Please feel free to respond to this e-mail with the required information and we will begin processing your request.
Thank you,
Jeanne M. Hitchner, R.M.C.

Here are the names of the people:
Melissa Byrne, 36, of Vineland; Lawrence Hamm, 61, of Montclair; Kyle M. Moore, 24, and Walter Hudson.
Can you do a search in your email records for "@mcbyrne".
I would like any and all photos/videos including dashcams taken on Feb 28th by any employee of the City of Bridgeton at the any part of the protest. I saw Bridgeton Police as well as city workers taking photos.
I want to know how police officers when I was detained knew I lived in Washington, DC, and why they decided to detain us.
Please also release any emails from the City of Bridgeton and Police Department that discuss any protests from December 30th until the present around Jerame Reid and police accountability.
Please also release any emails or phone logs between officers on Feb 28th and the NJ State Department of Transportation regarding the shutting down and re-opening of route 49.

Hello Ms. Byrne,
To clarify the requests and the responses, I have numbered each item and placed the response in red just below it.
1. Photos, Videos, Emails and Texts from the event on 2-28-2015.
The attached e-mails are in response to this item. Additionally, there are 5 dash cam videos from the day of the event. (There is a $1.00 per dvd charge, plus postage, if you would like these items mailed to you.) So, it will be $5.00 if you pick them up in the office, or $5.00 plus postage if you would like them mailed to you. I will calculate the cost of postage once I get a response from you. There are no texts concerning this event or police actions.
2. Emails and texts regarding four people issued summonses on February 3, 2015.
There are no texts/ emails regarding this item.
3. Any emails/ text messages containing either text or screen grabs of tweets from @mcbyrne or Melissa Byrne.
There are no emails or texts regarding this.
4. " I want to know how police officers when I was detained knew I lived in Washington D.C. and why they decided to detain us."
This question is contained in the OPRA request, but does not identify or pertain to a "Record."
5. Please also release any emails from the City of Bridgeton and Police Department that discuss any protests from December 30th until present around Jerame Reid and police accountability.
We will need additional time to process this portion of the request.
