Pursuant to the Montana Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Body camera/ recordings of arrest Andrew Crawford on 4/22/19 from badge number 190 146 8:15 am to 9:15 am approximately. Clerks state recordings exist and were sent to city attorney office for review and release. City attorney office states no recording exists.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Our office received a letter re-requesting audio/body camera footage submitted in 2019 for an incident involving Andrew Crawford. Our records indicate that all existing information for this case was released to you in November of 2019, and that officer's advised no body camera footage exists.
To obtain another copy of the items previously released to you, please contact our office to pay the fee and arrange for delivery or pick up of those items. There is no further information for this case that has not already been released to you.
