Dear Mr. Nash:

This office is the official custodian of records for the University of Colorado Board of Regents and System Administration. The University of Colorado’s policy for making CORA requests is located at https://www.cu.edu/ope/policy/aps-2022-colorado-open-records-act-cora.

The research and retrieval fees are based on the actual cost of responding to the request. The hourly rate for employee time is thirty dollars per hour and there is no charge for the first hour of employee time. Additional copying charges may apply.

I have requested that you clarify the scope of your request. As per our conversation this morning, you have agreed to resubmit another CORA with more defined parameters at a later date. Therefore, this request is withdrawn. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
