It seems as though the Press Office provided acknowledgement in May but that nothing has been received from that office since then. Could you please clarify?
Thanks so much,
Beryl, MuckRock
From: Jonathan Cohn
I have not received anything other than a confirmation of receipt from the Press Office.
Should I follow up with Leila Fajardo-Giles or John Fahey directly?
Thanks,
Jonathan

Mr. Cohn,
Attached please find documents responsive to your public records request
for documents sent or received by the email account martyw@boston.gov from
January 2014 through May 2016 containing specific terms that you provided.
The City's search found 221 documents responsive to your request.
One document was withheld in its entirety pursuant to Exemption (c) of the
Public Records Law as containing materials constituting an unwarranted
invasion of privacy of a specifically named individual. This document
related to the medical treatment of that individual.
In addition, three documents were produced but contain redactions that were
made pursuant to the same exemption, Exemption (c). One document was
redacted because it contained medical information related to specifically
named individuals. This was document number 0001. Two documents were
redacted for contact information for the families of victims of the Boston
Marathon bombing. These were document numbers 106 and 127.
Two additional documents were redacted pursuant to both Exemption (c) and
also Exemption (f) of the Public Records Law. Exemption (f) concerns
investigatory materials. One document was redacted because it identified
and contained specific information concerning an alleged perpetrator of a
crime and the cell phone number of a police officer. This was document
number 0180. The second document was redacted because it identified the
victim of an alleged crime and contained information regarding a suspect
and witness, including medical information. This was document number 0202.
Finally, one document was redacted in part pursuant to Exemption (d) of the
Public Records Law, the deliberative process exemption. This document
contained details regarding policy initiatives of the Mayor's Office of
Economic Development, some of which were determined to constitute ongoing
policy deliberations the premature release of which could taint the ongoing
deliberative process related to those initiatives. This was document
number 0003.
