This is a follow up to request number R002416-111521:
Are the large number of results just related to emails related to (Tim Davis’ new email at DND) or also (Tim Davis’ email at the BPDA)? I sent a separate request to the BPDA that included emails for but am surprised that there are so many emails related to .
When you say there is a voluminous number of results, how many emails there are?
To help make the request more manageable, I’m splitting my request into two parts. First I request the senders, recipients (cc or bcc), subjects, dates, times, and any ID data fields (“Requested Fields”) of the emails meeting the original criteria:
Please provide the Requested Fields for all emails sent from, or copied to Tim Davis and/or between 7/1/2018 and 11/5/2021 matching any of the following criteria. (Note that I am requesting data on emails if they fit 1, 2, or 3 of these criteria. I am not limiting my request to emails that fit all 3 criteria.)

Even for several thousand emails, this data should be more doable to provide because it does not include the full text or attachments of any emails, and would not require the same type of review. I request this data in machine-processable spreadsheets (e.g. CSV, SQL, XLS). Alternatively, the full email headers for these emails could be provided in CSV, SQL, or XLS format.
Second I am requesting emails in the following categories.
One: Emails and email conversations/threads (and attached/linked documents) sent to, sent from, or copied to Tim Davis between 7/1/2018 and 11/5/2021 related to plans and discussions to possibly change the IDP, and/or including people using an email at landwiseadvisors.com
Two: Emails and email conversations/threads (and attached/linked documents) sent to, sent from, or copied to Tim Davis between 7/1/2018 and 11/5/2021 related to how IDP relates to city housing policymaking generally (citywide housing plan, goals for affordability, affirmatively furthering fair housing, assessments about housing need, etc.)
Three: Emails and email conversations/threads (and attached/linked documents) sent to, sent from, or copied to Tim Davis between 7/1/2018 and 11/5/2021 related to plans and discussions for affordability requirements in specific developments.
Will you be able to find emails in these categories? Based on your knowledge of the records, do you have suggestions of what search parameters would retrieve these emails? Even if you respond with information about these three categories, can you give information on how many emails match the original request?
