Pursuant to the Massachusetts Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

- A CSV or XLS spreadsheet including data on age of residents in the household, demographic, number of individuals in the household, and household annual income of BHA housing residents in 2016-2017 in the Greater Boston Area, including Federally-funded Family developments, Federally-funded Elderly/Disabled developments, State-funded Family developments, and State-funded Elderly/Disabled developments.

- A CSV or XLS spreadsheet including data on the age of applicant and proposed residents in the household, demographic, number of individuals in the household, and household annual income of BHA housing applications in 2016-2017 in the Greater Boston Area, including Federally-funded Family developments, Federally-funded Elderly/Disabled developments, State-funded Family developments, and State-funded Elderly/Disabled developments.

In the event that the information requested does not exist on one spreadsheet, I will accept the equivalent document(s) of the information requested.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as we believe this request is in the public interest, as suggested but not stipulated by the recommendations of the Massachusetts Supervisor of Public Records. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

I expect the request to be filled in an accessible format, including for screen readers, which provide text-to-speech for persons unable to read print. Files that are not accessible to screen readers include, for example, .pdf image files as well as physical documents.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The Boston Housing Authority (BHA) acknowledges receipt of your request for public records received on February 1, 2019. You have requested that the Boston Housing Authority provide copies of the following records:

The BHA will produce the above records as requested with no fee. Copies are attached.

If you disagree with this response to your request to access the above records you have the right of an administrative appeal to the supervisor of records under 950 CMR 32.08(i) and the right to seek judicial review of an unfavorable decision by commencing a civil action in the superior court.
